Located in Jiangbei Zui, Chongqing, China, this project is a super high-rise residence with a total area of 120 square meters. The owner envisioned a peaceful home in the midst of a bustling city, where he could provide a comfortable space for his body and mind to relax after a long day's work, so he commissioned Studio XYYI to carry out the overall design.

该项目位于中国重庆江北嘴，是一个总面积达120㎡的超高层住宅。业主憧憬着一个在繁华城市中宁静的家，能让自己在一天的劳累之后为身心提供舒适的放松空间，因此委托Studio XYYI进行整体设计。

The original spatial structure was a pocket type house with one-sided lighting, the balcony weakened the light, a 6.5-meter long shear wall divided the whole house into two, and the three bathrooms were all dark bathrooms without sunlight. The special characteristics of super high-rise housing dictate that the layout must be more compliant. With the help of the shear wall, the space is divided into two zones: bedrooms and ancillary facilities on the right side, and public spaces on the left. Specially designed and customized low cabinets integrate the elevated curtains with the short focal length projection to hide the curtains without moving them.

原来的空间结构是一个单面采光的口袋式户型，阳台削弱了采光，一堵6.5米长的剪力墙将整个房屋一分为二，三个卫生间都是没有阳光的暗卫。超高层住宅的特殊性决定了在布局上必须更加顺势而为。在剪力墙的帮助下，空间被划分为两个区域：右侧为卧室和配套设施，左侧为公共空间。特别设计和定制的矮柜将升降幕布与短焦投影整合在一起，无需移动就能隐藏幕布。

Incorporating the balcony into the interior, the new space appears relatively long and narrow. Utilizing tilts and overhangs, the top is divided into several zones that are both coherent and hierarchical, enriching the space while incorporating beams and fire ducts. Slender light holes punctuate the walls while bringing natural light into the bathroom.

将阳台纳入室内，新空间显得相对狭长，利用倾斜和悬挑，将顶部划分为既连贯又有层次感的几个区块，丰富了空间，同时融入了横梁和消防管道。细长的采光孔点缀着墙壁，同时将自然光引入卫生间。

Entering the bedroom area, the two original bathrooms are merged into one and completely opened up to increase permeability. a half-height partition wall in the shape of an L carries the sliding door between the washroom space and the bedroom. on the left side of the L-shaped partition wall is the fixed light glass, and on the right side is the movement line in and out of the bedroom. One large and one small sliding door provides a more stable sleeping environment for the bedroom. A double opening doorway through the ceiling hides the checkroom and work area in tranquility.

进入卧室区，原来的两间卫生间被合二为一，完全打通，以增加通透性。L形的半高隔墙，承载了洗漱空间和卧室之间的推拉门。L形隔墙的左侧是固定的采光玻璃，右侧是进出卧室的动线。一大一小两扇推拉门为卧室提供了更加稳定的睡眠环境。通顶的双开门扉，将衣帽间和工作区隐藏在静谧之中。
