Located in the center of Hangzhou, this case is a 400-square-meter villa residence that was customized by US Yous Design for the owner five years ago, and the design progress was stalled due to the birth of the owner's second baby. When the project restarted, the design team asked the owner if she needed to adjust her style, and the owner, who is the main manager of a clothing brand, said, “A good style certainly doesn't go out of fashion.” It was because of her affirmation that US Design was able to bring “it” to you.

本案位于杭州市中心，是一座400平方米的别墅住宅，五年前由US有斯设计为业主量身定制，由于业主第二个宝宝的出生，设计进度停滞不前。项目重启后，设计团队询问业主是否需要调整风格，作为服装品牌主理人的业主说：“好的风格当然不会过时”。也正是因为她的肯定，US有斯设计才能将“它”带到大家的面前。

Art at any time emphasizes the “first impression” of the opening. The flow of the space is not only a reflection of beauty, but also a good or bad organization of the flow will affect the quality of the use of each space in the interior, as well as the change of rhythm of each space.

任何时间的艺术都重视开场的“第一印象”。空间的流线不仅是美的体现，流线组织的好坏会影响室内每个空间的使用质量，同时也是每个空间的节奏变化。

The black box in the entrance area extends again to the space of the shoe cupboard, where both can be better echoed, and at the same time transition to the functional area through the line of sight transfer. The flow of the staircase is particularly prominent throughout the space, serving as both a partition and a link between the various spaces.

入口区域的黑色盒子再次延伸到鞋柜的空间，两者可以更好地呼应，同时也通过视线转移向功能区过渡。楼梯的流线在整个空间中尤为突出，它既是一个隔断，又是各个空间之间的联系纽带。

In this private residence, the design team used the relative simplicity of nature as the spatial tone to create a pure and ultimate residence for the soul. The polar bear sofa is placed in the living room, so that each occupant can find a comfortable place in this space.

在这座私宅中，设计团队以相对简洁的自然为空间基调，打造了一个纯粹而极致的心灵居所。北极熊沙发摆放在客厅，让每个居住者都能在这个空间里找到舒适的位置。

In this busy and hectic city, “to find a space where you can relax and feel at ease, that must be home” is a topic that the owner repeatedly mentioned in the ears of the designer. This is also the designer's original intention -- good design should not only be based on the division of spatial functions, but also allow the occupants to relax.

在这个繁华且忙碌的都市，“找一个悠然自得的空间，那一定是家 ”是业主在设计师耳边反复提及的话题。这也是设计师的初衷 —— 好的设计不仅要基于空间功能的划分，更要让居住者得到放松。

The public space is centered on a partition cabinet, with the living room and dining room separated on two sides and each enjoying sufficient lighting. With natural light coming in from both sides, people can feel a bright and spacious atmosphere when they enter the space.

公共空间以隔断柜为中轴，客厅与餐厅分隔两侧，并各自享有充足的采光。自然光从两侧透射进来，人们进入空间就能感受到宽敞明亮的氛围。

The staircase on the second basement level is reshaped with a rotating gesture, making the hierarchical axis a new visual highlight, and the steps are arranged in a uniform order, creating multiple features of “hollow in the side view and solid in the downward view”. The original staircase area was transformed into an entry storage room, expanding the spatial capacity.

地下二层的楼梯以旋转的姿态重新塑造，使层次轴线成为新的视觉亮点，台阶按照统一的顺序排列，形成“侧视镂空，俯视实心”的多重特征。原有的楼梯区域被改造成入户储藏室，扩大了空间容量。

The glass handrail gives a dreamy feeling, and the space on the first floor of the staircase creates a sense of heavenly light in this location. The second basement level is the owner's office and leisure area, while the office can also overlook the leisure space on the ground floor through the window view of the box, creating a nice spatial counterpoint.

玻璃扶手给人一种梦幻般的感觉，楼梯一楼的空间恰好在这个位置营造出一种天光的氛围感。地下二层是业主的办公和休闲区域，在办公的同时还可以通过盒子的窗景俯瞰底层的休闲空间，形成了很好的空间对望。

On the left is a flowing rotating staircase and on the right is an interesting glass box. The ground floor is an entertainment space where friends can enjoy a few drinks at the bar when they come over. The space is also set up with a children's play space where everyone in the space can move around individually in various areas. The simple black and white color palette and clean materials complement each other in the space. Stainless steel countertops and travertine slabs add to the simplicity of the space. Space is something that needs to be represented through high and low levels. Layers of space allow for changes within the occupant and transitions within the space - the creation of psychological changes, and the size of the volume, are inextricably linked to the design plan. The underground space presents a layered effect of changing light and shadow in the interior. The power of the white wall lies in its pure and bright character, bringing a fresh and open atmosphere to the whole space. The white walls become a guide for light, bringing natural light into every corner, creating a peaceful and open living environment.

左侧是一个流动的旋转楼梯，右侧是一个有趣的玻璃盒子。底层是娱乐空间，朋友们来时可以在吧台喝上几杯，非常惬意。空间内也设置了儿童游乐空间，在这里，空间内的每个人都可以在各个区域单独活动。简洁的黑白色调、干净的材质在空间中相得益彰。不锈钢台面和洞石岩板使空间更加简洁。空间是需要通过高低层次来体现的。空间层次可以使居住者的内心发生变化，在空间中过渡 —— 心理变化的产生、体量的大小，都与设计规划密不可分。地下空间呈现出室内光影变化的层次效果，白墙的力量在于其纯净、明亮的特性，为整个空间带来清新、开放的氛围。白色的墙壁成为光线的引导者，将自然光引入每个角落，营造出宁静、开放的生活环境。

Minimalism gives rise to a thousand and one atmospheres. The master bedroom continues the quality of elegant simplicity, warmth and comfort, while the ample warm light and delicate and calm soft weaving all present a relaxed, quiet and calm atmosphere, allowing people to resonate with the environment and find inner ease. The texture of life never comes from artifice, but from enjoying a more casual and spontaneous life. The interesting ceiling design coincides with the child's whimsical thinking, and the planetary lamp on the left side is a small object that the children insist on wanting.

极简主义衍生万千气象。主卧延续了典雅简约、温馨舒适的品质外，充足温暖的光线、细腻平和的软装织品，都呈现出轻松、静谧、平和的氛围，让人与环境产生共鸣，找到内心的从容。生活的质感从来不来自矫揉造作，而是来自享受更加随心、随性的生活。有趣的天花板设计与孩子天马行空的思维不谋而合，左侧的行星灯也是孩子们执意想要的小物件。
